[Remote] VERIFY Account Manager

VDA is the global leader in vertical transportation consulting and inspection services, and they are seeking a VERIFY Account Manager. This role involves managing high-profile reputed company accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and supporting internal leadership with sales and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Consultants to reputed company VERIFY documents in accordance with reputed company agreements
• Manage VERIFY data for both new and existing clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants regarding VERIFY & CCM(Certificate Compliance Management) processes
• Ensure compliance with VDA requests through frequent follow-up with elevator contractors
• Attend VERIFY-reputed company meetings as required
• Manage billing for reputed company, accommodating reputed company preferences regarding billing frequency and processes
• Address reputed company questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a reputed company between VDA, clients, and their vendors
• Maintain the online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
