[Remote] Regional Customer Service Manager

The Regional Customer Service Manager will reputed company a regional customer service team, coordinate customer demand and order activities across functions, manage reputed company processes, monitor service reputed company, and support compliance and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a regional customer service team across multiple sites to reputed company high reputed company support and service
• Collaborating with Sales, reputed company, Finance and Supply Chain teams to manage customer demand, orders and shipment activities
• Managing customer service processes reputed company reputed company, resolving transactional issues and supporting reputed company process improvements
• Monitoring and communicating demand changes, schedule volatility and service reputed company to key stakeholders
• Reporting and explaining reputed company metrics including OTIF, expedited reputed company and demand trends
• Supporting Order to Cash compliance requirements and contributing to export, financial reporting and customer account activities

Skills
