The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, managing the employee lifecycle, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas (US, Canada, and reputed company)
• reputed company as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders
• Support culture engagement and organizational design to reputed company people strategies with business objectives
• reputed company and support initiatives and HR programs that support reputed company, retention, and performance
• Run talent and succession planning sessions with senior leadership

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to create actionable insights

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at reputed company / tech companies (Business Partner + Regional HR experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business reputed company, or reputed company field
• Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees in Sales, reputed company, and Marketing organizations
• Strong business understanding with the ability to reputed company People reputed company to company objectives
