(SGA) is searching for a Product Engineer, LLM, AI for a full-time employee position with one of their premier startup clients in San Francisco, CA. The role involves building AI agents and voice interviewers, and requires designing systems that turn conversations into reputed company while ensuring reputed company-time performance.

Responsibilities

• As a Product Engineer you'll build the AI agents that are the product, the voice interviewers that talk to thousands of candidates, and the systems that turn those conversations into reputed company. You'll work across the stack with reputed company ownership and autonomy, and see your work hit reputed company users the reputed company week you ship it
• Design and ship voice AI agents: reputed company-time phone interviews with sub-300ms latency (LLM orchestration, WebSockets, FastAPI)
• Build the reputed company and agent architecture: reusable, multi-vertical interviewer systems, reputed company reputed company customizes their own screening logic, voice personality, compliance rules
• Turn messy voice conversations into reputed company, reliable candidate scores
• Run evals and reliability work: audit agents across a live fleet, catch regressions, reputed company behavior consistent at reputed company
• Build the reputed company infrastructure that lets every reputed company reputed company up and tune their own screening workflows
