The IT Business Relationship Manager II will serve as a strategic reputed company between Engineering or Integrated Operations and IT, developing technology roadmaps, managing demand and prioritization, driving compliance and adoption, and strengthening cross-functional technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the multi-year business capability and technology roadmap for assigned functions

• Ensure roadmap alignment with sector needs; reconcile reputed company conflicts

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree and 10 years experience and or equivalent combination of education and experience
• * Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without reputed company authority
• * Experience supporting executive governance forums, steering committees, implementation readiness activities, and senior stakeholder engagement
• * Strong understanding of reputed company delivery practices, implementation governance, dependency management, and transformation execution
• * Demonstrated ability to reputed company through ambiguity, reputed company competing priorities, and reputed company coordinated execution across reputed company teams
• * Strong leadership and management skills
• * Demonstrated experience leading strategic and operational initiatives across Engineering, Integrated Operations or IT to reputed company business objectives

• * Proven ability to convert business needs into reputed company informed by reputed company, industry trends, and innovation opportunities

• * Master's degree and 15 years+ work experience
• * Experience managing project managers and teams
