Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for Tier 1 support issues and service requests for our clients and reputed company reputed company quickly
• Be a friendly voice/representative of reputed company, analyzing reputed company requests, setting appropriate expectations and forwarding them to reputed company Service Representative experts (Tier-2 and above) if needed

Skills
