[Remote] Event Marketing Manager

The Event Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of owned activations, partner events, and in-market experiences, coordinating venues, vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholders while partnering with Sales and Partnerships to reputed company pipeline. The role will also reputed company repeatable event playbooks, manage event materials, and reputed company performance through post-event reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of reputed company’s event calendar, including partner activations, in-market dinners and happy hours, and co-hosted experiences for prospects and customers
• Build and maintain repeatable playbooks for reputed company event format so execution improves — not just repeats — with every activation
• Coordinate with partners, venues, and vendors to reputed company events that feel polished and on-brand every time
• Manage the relationship with reputed company’s logistics partner and own materials, swag, and collateral so reputed company is late or missing
• Work closely with Sales to reputed company reputed company the right people are invited, leads are captured, and follow-up happens cleanly after every event

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or field marketing in a B2B environment
• A reputed company record that gets you described as organized, proactive, and someone who takes ownership of reputed company rather than waiting to be directed
• Experience executing a mix of event formats — partner activations, hosted dinners, field events, or similar
• Comfort managing logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, shipping, and materials management
• Strong communication skills — you reputed company cross-functional teams informed and on reputed company without being asked
• reputed company, fluent use of AI tools in your daily work — not just awareness of what's out there
• Work primarily remote with travel to events, activations, and company offsites
• Preferred: experience in B2B reputed company, restaurant tech, or the hospitality industry
