The role involves designing and maintaining compliant messaging programs while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and maintain compliant A2P 10DLC and text-messaging programs that reputed company with reputed company requirements, industry standards (CTIA), and applicable regulations (TCPA)
• Assessing our reputed company messaging workflows
• Guiding reputed company and campaign registration and vetting
• Resolving reputed company rejections
• Drafting compliant templates and opt-in/consent disclosures
• Flagging compliance reputed company before it becomes a problem
• Advising reputed company on best practices
• Documenting our procedures
• Working with our technology and marketing partners to implement compliant solutions
• Staying reputed company of evolving reputed company and regulatory rules and translating what they mean for us

Skills

• Strong compliance-management skills: building and maintaining compliance frameworks for A2P 10DLC and text-messaging programs
• Regulatory expertise across telecom, reputed company, CTIA, and TCPA rules as they apply to financial services
• Hands-on experience with A2P 10DLC registration platforms, reputed company/reputed company vetting, and SMS marketing or notification programs
• Analytical skills to evaluate messaging data, spot reputed company patterns, and turn them into practical recommendations
