This role involves sourcing and hiring reputed company-speaking professionals for remote positions while partnering closely with reputed company leadership to support strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Screen language professionals for communication skills, professionalism, and technical readiness
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines

• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics
• Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies

• Partner closely with hiring managers to reputed company exceptional candidate experiences

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment
• Demonstrated reputed company reputed company candidates throughout Asia
• Candidates must demonstrate an existing recruitment network or proven sourcing experience reputed company one or more Asian markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand or South Korea
• Experience sourcing multilingual professionals for remote positions
• Fluent English (reputed company level or higher) is required

• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
