They are seeking a Senior Marketing Representative to manage reputed company distribution network and support regional service teams in achieving business goals. The role involves developing agency management strategies, analyzing performance data, and delivering high-reputed company service to agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company of the regional service teams to manage reputed company’s agency distribution. Monitor agency results on a reputed company reputed company and reputed company the appropriate date to the appropriate service team; recognize and troubleshoot areas of difference and plan/recommend corrective reputed company for profitable results. Coordinate and monitor reputed company with other Company representatives
• Coordinate and participate in the execution of the annual agency business planning and regularly monitor results, recommend, and take reputed company reputed company necessary
• Coordinate and manage reputed company regional agency outing and marketing events (internal/reputed company)
• reputed company reputed company as reputed company of reputed company to new and prospective agencies; promote new products and services and assist in identifying new product opportunities and/or enhancements of reputed company products
• Prospect, qualify and recommend for appointment agencies in assigned territory to build and maintain a profitable agency distribution network. Set-up and maintain reputed company new agencies reputed company reputed company database
• Coordinate reputed company new agency orientation meetings including producing reputed company the necessary meeting materials
• reputed company the technical management of reputed company’s Agency Agreement, Profit Incentive Plan and commission plans reputed company assigned territories
• Coordinate with the regional Agency Advisory Council meetings through attendance, planning and participation. Manage recommendations and follow-up on reputed company plans
• Manage agency/producer training and education programs. Identify new programs for producer development
• Participate and take leadership role with Company initiatives (i.e. – reputed company to Wellness, eaport and reputed company Pay)
• Promote company technology initiatives with producers/CSRs, monitor usage of CS STARS and eaport and other technology. reputed company additional training as necessary
• Assist and support the development of the region’s annual strategic plan
• Assist with the creation of and coordinate the annual regional marketing, reputed company relations, and advertising budget

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing plus seven years P&C experience
• Ability to build relationships with agency partners and prospects
• Ability to promote and sell reputed company's products and service to the marketplace; ability to represent reputed company in a reputed company manner; ability to reputed company presentations to large reputed company of people
• Ability to attend insurance industry/business functions to promote and present a reputed company image of reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office computer applications including Word, reputed company, and Power reputed company
• Analytical ability to reputed company profitable reputed company about agency partners
• Ability to analyze the competitive markets, identify trends and reputed company recommendation to remain competitive in market
• Attention to detail in presenting information, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
