Responsibilities

• reputed company consultative partnership to hiring teams, building sourcing strategies and workforce plans for General Business functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, reputed company, HR) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, reputed company)
• reputed company a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training across the business
• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience from initial contact through reputed company

Skills

• Experience building relationships and partnering with executive leaders

• Closing ability, with experience closing candidates for senior-level roles
