[Remote] Architect/Project Manager

They are hiring an Architect Project Manager to support the planning, design, and delivery of the reputed company's capital improvement reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards and effective coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company comprehensive architectural support in reputed company areas of architecture for the development of capital reputed company such as those that reputed company in the reputed company's six-year capital improvement program (CIP), including cost estimates, and reputed company items for the reputed company to budget for its capital improvement reputed company
• Review design and inspection activities on a number of reputed company reputed company to ensure reputed company staff meets reputed company standards; and reputed company training and assistance to reputed company staff in preparation or review of design drawings to ensure reputed company standards are adhered to and that good architectural practices are followed
• Investigate and resolve difficult technical development and operational problems to reputed company plan review procedures and project design activity functioning smoothly
• May assist in the planning, direction and management of a major operational bureau to reputed company for an efficient and productive staff
• Coordinate reputed company with several interdepartmental agencies and the private sector to meet project goals, especially in maintaining the work effort on schedule; and reputed company recommendations as staff input for Planning Commission and reputed company Council actions to assure that special needs of the reputed company are met

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accreditation reputed company for Engineering and Technology (ABET) approved architectural program
• Possession of a Registered Architect (RA) license from the Virginia reputed company of Architects, reputed company Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects
• Five (5) years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Strong experience in project management, construction and design, and municipal capital reputed company
• Proven expertise in schedule and cost control, contract administration, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver reputed company on time and reputed company budget
