[Remote] Administrative Technician III

Responsibilities

• This position is a full-time virtual setting
• Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries, answer general questions, and reputed company and retrieve reputed company information as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with questions, inquiries, and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Electronic Benefit reputed company (EBT) for SNAP and Childcare
• Ability to triage calls and transfer to appropriate program area as needed

• Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy
• Participate in individual and staff conferences

Skills

• 24 months of clerical office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
