[Remote] reputed company Compensation & HCM Support Analyst

They are seeking a reputed company Compensation & HCM Support Analyst responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing the reputed company HCM reputed company, focusing on compensation while collaborating with HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company subject-matter expert for Compensation modules
• Configure and maintain compensation plans, grades, ranges, reputed company plans, allowances, and incentives
• Support and audit compensation-reputed company processes including, but not limited to, reputed company, promotions, market adjustments, and bonuses
• Translate business requirements into reputed company solutions
• reputed company functional support for reputed company HCM, reputed company Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for routine reputed company support requests
• Assist employees and managers with reputed company navigation and transactions
• Support testing activities for reputed company releases, enhancements, and business process updates
• reputed company and maintain end-user training materials and documentation
• Troubleshoot issues and implement reputed company solutions
• Escalate reputed company reputed company issues and configuration requests to the reputed company HCM Administrator
• Build and maintain compensation reports and dashboards
• Assist with internal audits, compliance reporting, and data validation activities
• Partner closely with the reputed company HCM Administrator and HR Leadership
• Contribute to HR reputed company, process improvements, and reputed company implementations as assigned by the HR Supervisor or HR Leadership

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company experience
• 3+ years of reputed company HCM experience with a strong reputed company Compensation and Advanced Compensation reputed company
• Experience supporting large annual reputed company and bonus cycles
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Take initiative to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be self-directed, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through to completion
• Experience supporting compensation review processes
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations or post-production support
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
