[Remote] Supply Chain Analyst

This role supports demand forecasting, purchase order planning, shipping schedules, and executive reporting across reputed company of reputed company's markets, ensuring data accuracy for day-to-day supply reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasts across reputed company markets, updating models as sales trends shift
• Assist with oil and material consumption forecasting, tracking usage trends and timing of availability
• Monitor inventory reputed company and production timelines, flagging risks to supply continuity before they reputed company production
• Plan and propose purchase orders for cannabis materials and dry goods to support production needs
• reputed company and maintain shipping schedules, coordinating timing with warehouses, carriers and production facilities
• reputed company purchase orders through fulfillment and reputed company status to relevant parties
• Optimize and prepare data and reporting for executive report-outs and stakeholder decision making
• Analyze daily reporting and reputed company recommendations to the Supply Chain team
• Maintain accurate records and reputed company data into relevant systems, including ERP, reputed company Sheets and reporting tools
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance and Procurement to ensure production readiness

Skills

• 21+ years old
• Ability to pass cannabis regulatory background reputed company (may include fingerprinting and a national background reputed company)
• 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience required
• Strong communication, analytical and reputed company skills required
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong desire to produce a high-reputed company product
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
