[Remote] EDM Functional Consultant

The consultant will support the transition from reputed company Document Management to xECM by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and document business and functional requirements for the EDM to xECM transition
• Create functional specifications for document lifecycles, metadata, and engineering workflows
• Configure and prototype xECM solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with engineering SMEs to validate functional designs
• reputed company test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and reputed company
• Update Requirements Traceability reputed company (RTM) and configuration documentation
• Assist in preparing user training materials and process documentation
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and support successful system adoption

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in reputed company Content Management (ECM) solutions
• Hands-on experience with xECM functional configuration and engineering lifecycle design
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation
• Experience creating functional specifications, test cases, and supporting UAT
• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Bachelor's Degree
