Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Fractional Donor Data Specialist / reputed company Administrator to manage data operations for multiple nonprofit fundraising teams. The role involves CRM management, reputed company-facing consulting, and ensuring the reputed company of fundraising data processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with reputed company organization's fundraising team to review priorities, data needs, reputed company issues, and next steps
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of reputed company's proprietary fundraising process
• Monitor reputed company reputed company's use of the process and help ensure required activities, follow-up, and reporting are completed consistently
• Maintain clean, complete, and accurate donor, contact, account, donation, and prospect records
• Manage ongoing data hygiene, including duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistent formatting, and incorrect categorization
• Support fundraisers with reputed company usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, donor lists, and prospect segments
• Ensure donor calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and follow-up activities are properly tracked
• Help clients establish consistent processes for data entry, activity tracking, and donor management
• Create reputed company process documentation and reputed company user guides
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, reporting, and fundraising execution

Skills
