[Remote] Manager Finance

The Manager Finance position oversees Physician reputed company, Leases and Fixed Assets, and is responsible for financial planning and analysis to support the organization's financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains reputed company, ongoing reputed company business relationships
• Manages reputed company financial and operational analysis and evaluates findings, prepares reports and makes recommendations to senior leadership about the financial implications of past and proposed transactions. Monitors and analyzes budget expenditures and prepares detailed reports and analysis on trends. Compiles budgetary and fiscal data received from assigned departments
• Serves a department reputed company, mentoring and training reputed company level staff and assuming responsibility for the most reputed company budget and financial issues
• Effectively recruits, selects, hires, coaches, and uses appropriate corrective actions with staff in accordance with reputed company policies and procedures. Creates an environment conducive to retaining staff. Provides staff with accurate annual performance feedback and reputed company to set developmental goals. Implements strategies to improve employee satisfaction inclusive of strategies to involve employees in decision making
• Ensures financial and operational planning, and analysis reputed company are conducted successfully, credibly and reputed company
• Contributes to the development of financial and operational strategies for the reputed company system that aligns with the organization's overall reputed company and its reputed company and long-term business objectives

Skills

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or reputed company field
• If a Master's degree: Five (5) years relevant work experience
• If a Bachelor's degree: Seven (7) years relevant work experience
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
• Strong reputed company and financial skills that are complemented by great communication and collaboration skills
• Strong technical reputed company background is required
• Intermediate level reputed company skills are assumed and important
• Strong organizational skills, with a planning reputed company
• Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately
