Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and handling reputed company aspects of an employer sponsored benefits program. Developing and executing reputed company strategic plan and defined deliverables
• Exploring strategic alternatives and providing strategic guidance while quantifying the financial implication and associated risk of reputed company presented for consideration
• Negotiating terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and vendors
• Maintaining and executing a project plan to ensure reputed company deliverables are provided on a reputed company reputed company. Delegating work to more junior team members as appropriate
• Understanding and articulating alternative funding strategies, analyzing viability on a reputed company specific reputed company
• Demonstrating a genuine understanding of the mechanics of reputed company financials and reputed company projections
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Keeping clients apprised of appropriate industry trends including reputed company state and federal regulatory issues
• Explaining regulatory compliance and legislative guidelines including as reputed company to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, reputed company 125, and Health Care Reform
• Interpreting plan rules to ensure compliance with Plan Documents and reputed company Plan Descriptions (SPDs)

Skills

• 5+ years health and welfare consulting experience
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company products and services, industry trends, benefits administration, regulatory compliance and reputed company Reform
• Ability to work independently and anticipate reputed company and team needs
• Effective project management, time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to outstanding reputed company service

• Strong reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint skills
• Commanding presentation and reputed company speaking abilities
• A Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or a reputed company field preferred
