Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2+ years of project management experience in a reputed company services or similar environment
• Expert-level understanding of reputed company D365 CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing
• Experience defining business requirements, managing business processes, and reputed company relationship management
• Experience implementing reputed company D365 CRM in Construction/reputed company Estate, Nonprofit, or Manufacturing industries
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps)
