[Remote] IT Support Analyst

This role provides hands-on training and mentorship for recent graduates or those beginning their IT reputed company, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving IT issues while delivering reputed company customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first reputed company of contact for employees requesting technical support through our help desk
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues including password resets, login problems, account reputed company, connectivity, and basic application support
• Follow documented troubleshooting guides and knowledge reputed company articles to resolve recurring issues reputed company
• Document, prioritize, and manage support tickets through reputed company using our ticketing system
