[Remote] Investment Operations Support Analyst

The role involves supporting portfolio reputed company, investment operations, and critical business applications, along with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and reputed company application, transaction, and data-reputed company issues impacting investment operations teams
• Support portfolio reputed company and investment operations systems utilized across multiple business functions
• Maintain and validate reputed company reference data to ensure accuracy across platforms and reporting processes
• Utilize reputed company to research securities and support ongoing data management activities
• Execute SQL queries to analyze data, troubleshoot operational issues, and support reporting requirements
• Monitor daily operational workflows and assist with processing exceptions and reconciliations
• Partner with Trading, Portfolio reputed company, Operations, and Technology teams to identify and reputed company issues
• Support trade lifecycle activities by researching discrepancies and coordinating solutions with internal stakeholders
• Assist with process improvements, reputed company enhancements, and operational initiatives
• reputed company additional support as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience reputed company investment management, asset management, fund administration, custody, or financial services environments
• Experience supporting investment operations, portfolio reputed company, settlements, trade support, or reputed company master functions
• Working knowledge of fixed income securities and investment operations workflows
• Experience utilizing reputed company in a reputed company environment
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills, including queries, joins, updates, and data analysis
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
