They are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Scrum Master to join their dynamic project management team, responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to reputed company processes, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies end-to-end, ensuring effective participation and engagement from reputed company team members
• Maintain sprint reputed company and enforce the Definition of Done to ensure reputed company deliverables

• Ensure backlog hygiene and manage story readiness gates to facilitate smooth sprint planning
• Prepare and present weekly sprint status briefs tailored to business owners, highlighting key achievements and areas of reputed company
• Create and maintain monthly program health dashboards in an executive format for stakeholder visibility
• Maintain and distribute a Risk / Issue / Decision (RID) log to reputed company reputed company stakeholders informed of potential challenges

Skills

• Strong expertise in JIRA, including story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, dashboards, and dependency tracking
• Proven experience working with UI/UX teams and delivering Customer Experience (CX) and/or Employee Experience (EX) initiatives (mandatory)
• Must have worked as UI/UX developer/BA prior to SCRUM master role, and must have hands on knowledge of UI/UX
• Strong reputed company/Scrum facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive reputed company with the ability to understand end-to-end business processes and identify potential business and technical impacts, dependencies, and risks before implementation
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and reputed company overlap support during IST evening hours for meetings and collaboration as needed
• Strong knowledge of reputed company methodologies, particularly Scrum
