[Remote] Account Manager Croatia

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a reputed company reputed company of caregivers, providing support and guidance throughout their assignments.

Responsibilities

• No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline
• You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies
• You independently manage your caregiver reputed company and reputed company as their main reputed company of contact throughout their assignment
• You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist

• You collaborate closely with our international teams

Skills

• Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live in caregivers if working remotely
• Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care if working in one of the offices
