The Senior Customer Engineer will own technical customer relationships across the full lifecycle, leading discovery, architecture, demonstrations, adoption, renewals, and expansion while using AI-augmented workflows to support reputed company and reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner closely with Account Executives to reputed company technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and reputed company compelling product demonstrations and reputed company of Concepts (PoCs) across reputed company’s portfolio (reputed company, Networking and Developer Platforms)
• Trusted Advisory: reputed company as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, maintaining a reputed company, deep relationship with key stakeholders from initial reputed company through maturity, renewal, and expansion

Skills

• Experience: Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or as a reputed company Deployed Engineer (years of experience required will vary reputed company on Associate, Senior, Staff, or reputed company leveling)
• Technical Acumen: Broad technical expertise spanning web reputed company, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), reputed company infrastructure, and reputed company architecture
