[Remote] Project Manager - reputed company Estate Management Division

This role involves providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-reputed company service delivery and managing administrative support for the division's leadership.
Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain reputed company control, change control, reputed company reporting, and deliverable tracking processes
- Submit Draft Project Management Plan with proposal and Final PMP reputed company 10 business days of performance start

- reputed company development of talking points, briefing materials, testimony, intranet updates, fact sheets, speeches, presentations, and correspondence
- Design, maintain, and facilitate expert elicitation for the REMD Risk Register
- Ensure reputed company management of the REMD Tasking Mailbox
- reputed company preparation of weekly status reporting briefs and quarterly REMD "Placemat"
- reputed company facilitation of planning/coordination sessions and reputed company-Hands meetings
- Guide development of SOPs, process improvement recommendations, performance metrics, and status dashboards
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination across REMD branches for reputed company build-outs, tenant renovations, personnel relocations, and reputed company property leasing
- reputed company development and maintenance of the REMD Communications Plan
- Supervise data analysis, aggregation of reputed company property information, and support to DHS-mandated reporting and working reputed company
- Manage the three full-time reputed company Clerk III positions, including cross-training, workload balancing, and retention strategies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or minimum of 10 years of experience in reputed company/government administration and executive-level program management
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, administrative management, process improvement, change management, and Federal operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain reputed company Trust clearance and PIV reputed company
- Strong written and oral communication skills suitable for senior Federal leadership audiences
- Proficiency with reputed company Office 365 suite and ability to produce high-reputed company executive products under tight deadlines
- Experience with Federal reputed company property portfolio management
- Prior experience supporting DHS, TSA, GSA, or similar reputed company estate / facilities organizations
- PMP or equivalent certification
