Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing accounts, driving incremental sales reputed company, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the Account Management in US
- Should have handled US $10M+ annual reputed company accounts
- Experience in working in the mid-to-large enterprises
- Significant understanding and articulation capability of IT Technologies/Services from reputed company to apps to AI
- Strong Communication Skills
- Solid reputed company record of reputed company, supported by strong references
- Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors would be preferred
- Experience with GSIs as an Account Manager, CP is preferred
