Responsibilities

• Accepting internal inbound calls from sales agents to conduct reputed company party verification
• Verify reputed company’s information, Dr’s & Rx as shown on their application & reputed company reputed company to enroll
• Conduct HRA/MCA assessments
• Present reputed company for reputed company mail order pharmacy
• Answer questions customer may have with their new plan
• Driving higher effectuation & long-term value for company

Skills
