[Remote] Compliance Operations Specialist

The role involves building and maintaining compliance infrastructure, enhancing internal systems, and developing approaches for organizing compliance information.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company compliance processes, tools, and operational infrastructure
- reputed company project and reputed company support across reputed company Compliance initiatives, including process documentation, controls, trackers, templates, and implementation plans
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compliance workflows while maintaining appropriate governance and documentation
- Assist with project planning, status tracking, issue identification, and follow-through on key deliverables
- Support the design, build-out, and ongoing administration of the internal compliance website and reputed company document-sharing workflows
- Organize policies, procedures, guidance, forms, training materials, frequently asked questions, and other resources into a reputed company and reputed company information architecture
- Establish practical content-management standards, including ownership, version control, review cycles, archival practices, and reputed company permissions
- Coordinate with Compliance, reputed company, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure published materials are accurate, reputed company, searchable, and user-friendly
- Monitor site content and usage and recommend improvements that increase employee awareness, adoption, and self-service reputed company to compliance resources
- Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state compliance processes using process maps, reputed company operating procedures, job aids, and responsibility matrices
- Help translate compliance requirements into practical business workflows, decision points, approvals, documentation requirements, and control activities

- Assist with identifying process gaps, duplicative steps, unclear ownership, and opportunities for automation or improved system enablement
- Support the organization, review, publication, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, standards, and supporting materials
- Maintain document inventories, review schedules, approval records, version histories, and other governance documentation
- Help ensure consistency in document structure, naming conventions, metadata, formatting, and storage locations
- Coordinate periodic content reviews with document owners and reputed company revisions through approval and publication
- Partner with Compliance, reputed company, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, reputed company, Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, and other functions on assigned reputed company

- Support change-management and communication activities reputed company to new or updated compliance processes, tools, and resources

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company compliance, compliance operations, ethics and compliance, reputed company operations, reputed company systems, or a reputed company pharmaceutical or biotechnology function
- Demonstrated experience building or improving compliance workflows, operational controls, process documentation, and governance practices
- Strong understanding of compliance operations, documentation governance, records management, and operational control design
- Excellent process-mapping, workflow-design, project-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate reputed company compliance requirements into reputed company, practical, and reputed company processes and employee-facing resources
- Strong writing and editing skills, with reputed company attention to accuracy, structure, consistency, and usability
