Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with newly acquired leadership teams while gaining an understanding of existing financial and operational processes
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration activities across reputed company, Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and Executive Leadership

• Standardize reputed company policies, procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting across acquired businesses
• Identify integration risks and recommend practical solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance

• Demonstrated experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial integrations
