The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing equipment at customer sites, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and communication.

Responsibilities

• The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment by driving customer satisfaction through Service reputed company: Basic troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair needs on designated equipment, as reputed company as ordering and maintaining spare parts inventory
• The Field Service Engineer will maintain regular communication with customers to ensure reputed company and accurate follow-up; utilizing documented processes and reputed company cause analysis to reputed company customer service issues and reputed company customer satisfaction

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR relevant degree in Biology, reputed company, or other STEM field
• Equivalent military training OR Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience
• Ability to travel up to 35%

• Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical or electronic equipment
