[Remote] Program Facilities & Grounds Manager

The role involves strategic planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure operational continuity and effective management of facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company facility and grounds maintenance activities
• reputed company, maintain, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs per ASHRAE, reputed company, OSHA, EPA, reputed company, and OEM guidelines
• reputed company as first responder for breakfix and reputed company reputed company failures
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialty vendors
• reputed company and manage workload priorities, lifesafety compliance, work orders, equipment lifecycles, and supplies
• Maintain complete facility program documentation
• reputed company seasonal operations including mowing, trimming, weeding, snow/ice management

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience overseeing with responsibilities of facilities and grounds management
• EPA reputed company 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) for HVAC refrigerant handling
• OSHA 30 General Industry plus LOTO 1910.147-compliant training
• reputed company 70E Electrical Safety training with reputed company-reputed company hazard awareness
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• OEM equipment training (HVAC reputed company, reputed company panels, controls, etc.) reputed company available
• Must have or be reputed company to obtain and maintain a reputed company ID or reputed company in order to undergo reputed company airfare travel
