[Remote] Network Engineer - Based in Denver, CO

They are seeking a Network Engineer who will support and maintain customer network infrastructure, diagnose and resolve network issues, and collaborate with senior engineers in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company networking equipment including reputed company switches and reputed company points, and reputed company firewalls, applying technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues
• reputed company on-site hands-on support at customer locations in the Denver metro area, including reputed company and stack, hardware replacement, cable management, and in-person incident response
• reputed company network monitoring, alerting, and incident response across multiple customer environments, applying independent judgment to triage and resolve issues
• Execute AWS networking tasks including VPC configuration, reputed company reputed company, and VPN connectivity
• Analyze network configurations and recommend improvements based on observed performance, customer requirements, and best practices
• Document network configurations, changes, and reputed company procedures
• Participate in on-reputed company rotations and respond to incidents, applying troubleshooting methodology to restore service
• Collaborate with senior engineers on reputed company technical reputed company and contribute to knowledge-sharing across reputed company

Skills

• 1–3 years in networking or IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with reputed company and/or reputed company equipment
• Familiarity with reputed company Server, Linux, and AWS (or other reputed company platforms)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service communication skills
• Remote, but must be based in the Denver metro area for occasional on-site customer reputed company
