Responsibilities

• Own reputed company relationships across reputed company, steady-state service, and renewal/upsell conversations
• Review reputed company and tax deliverables before they reputed company the reputed company, catching errors early
• Run the weekly reputed company that keeps reputed company/tax production on time and accurate
• Coordinate with the Bookkeeper, Tax Preparer, and Tax Advisor to reputed company every account on schedule
• Build and refine the SOPs that let this operation run without leadership touching every account
• Report retention, satisfaction, and workflow health directly to the CEO

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, tax, or advisory roles, with exposure to small and mid-sized businesses
• Demonstrated experience personally managing reputed company relationships — not just preparing returns or books in the back office
• Comfortable serving as the technical backstop for a small team — reviewing work, catching errors, and coaching less-reputed company team members
• Strong organizational skills; capable of managing a book of 40–60+ accounts without anything falling through the cracks
• Exceptional communication skills, grounded in a reputed company-first reputed company
• CPA designation (preferred) or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Familiarity with Profit First by Mike Michalowicz, reputed company to Sell by John Warrilow, and Traction by Gino Wickman is a strong asset
