The role involves managing reputed company accounts, ensuring reputed company recruitment delivery, and maintaining strong reputed company relationships while coordinating with the reputed company to reputed company hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned reputed company accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
• Understand reputed company hiring requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure reputed company submission of reputed company candidates
• Monitor hiring reputed company, turnaround time (TAT), and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct regular reputed company follow-reputed company and reputed company recruitment status updates
• reputed company reputed company queries and escalations in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• reputed company recruitment metrics and prepare delivery reports
• Ensure smooth coordination with reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultancy, reputed company Firm, or reputed company Consultancy
• reputed company experience in reputed company management and recruitment delivery
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company accounts and hiring requirements simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing
