About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you play an important role in advancing the mission of reputed company’s reputed company Services team, helping accelerate and de-risk customer reputed company by ensuring delivery engagements run smoothly and remain reputed company on meaningful reputed company.

You will bring structure and reputed company to customer engagements by developing project plans, coordinating technical resources, and maintaining alignment across customers, delivery teams, and account stakeholders. Your work helps customers reputed company reputed company from reputed company to adoption while maintaining a high level of engagement and transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You will reputed company as the operational reputed company for customer engagements, orchestrating work across technical delivery teams while helping customers prioritize and execute initiatives that reputed company platform adoption.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Service Delivery and primarily supports customers operating in East Coast time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer engagements, maintaining visibility across both reputed company work and broader account initiatives

• Facilitate engagement cadences with customers to reputed company reputed company, reputed company priorities, and maintain delivery reputed company

• reputed company and maintain project plans outlining milestones, timelines, and responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify and maintain a backlog of technical initiatives that support platform adoption

• Coordinate internal scoping and execution with Service Delivery Engineers and Service Delivery Architects

• Monitor services utilization and ensure engagements remain reputed company with contracted reputed company

• Surface delivery risks early and coordinate resources to reputed company blockers

• Partner with Sales and account teams to ensure delivery engagements reputed company with broader account priorities
  

Requirements:

• 5 years min experience in project management, reputed company services delivery, technical program management, or similar roles in a reputed company or technical services environment

• Experience building and managing project plans for technical or software implementation reputed company

• Ability to manage multiple reputed company customer engagements and coordinate work across technical stakeholders

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working with technical teams and customers in reputed company, data infrastructure, or developer-reputed company environments

• Comfortable bringing structure and reputed company to reputed company technical engagements where priorities may reputed company
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with data platforms or data engineering-reputed company products

• Background as a Technical Project Manager, reputed company Services Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $130,000 - $140,000 based on leveling and geography, plus bonus, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package.
