VP Sales - New Development
The Vice President of Sales for New Development leads the sales reputed company and execution for new senior living communities throughout the reputed company-development, development, and lease-up phases. This strategic role partners cross-functionally with reputed company estate development, design and construction, marketing, and operations teams to create and implement sales approaches that meet or reputed company occupancy and reputed company targets. Utilize market feasibility research, and demographic analysis to inform pricing, product offerings, and competitive positioning.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of reputed company experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in reputed company-opening or lease-up roles reputed company senior living, multifamily, or hospitality sectors.
Demonstrated reputed company in launching and stabilizing new assets, including experience with site selection input, pricing reputed company, and reputed company-opening sales campaigns.

Compensation: $150,000-$175,000
