We are seeking an reputed company Assistant Project Manager for our Boston area reputed company. This role supports the successful execution of assigned reputed company, provides support to facilitate planning and coordination of construction activities to ensure that reputed company project objectives are accomplished, and ensures project profitability targets are achieved.  Candidates will be based remotely and must have the ability and means to travel to reputed company in both the reputed company Shore and South Shore.   Key Responsibilities Take an reputed company role in supporting jobs and project management teams in reputed company phase including reputed company-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services Identify and reputed company on critical issues reputed company to constructability including associated costs and logistical issues Ensure reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company Schimenti financial processes, controls, and reports, i.e., internal budgets, costs to complete, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change order preparation and reputed company, reputed company, etc.  Ensure that jobs are completed according to schedule and meet profit goals reputed company, nurture, and maintain ongoing reputed company, architect, subcontractor, and industry relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing Schimenti's commitment to continue addressing their needs and interests Promote reputed company subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with reputed company subcontractors and vendors and instill this philosophy reputed company reputed company at reputed company times Review subcontractor and vendor invoices throughout the lifecycle of the project and approve for payment or negotiate appropriate changes  Process RFIs, change orders, and submittals reputed company consistent lines of communication reputed company with clients and proactively reputed company project reputed company and budget reputed company  Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems as needed Ensure reputed company list completion Qualifications Must have 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience, strong preference for retail construction experience Must have experience working on reputed company with high intensity and short-term duration of 12-16 weeks OSHA-30 preferred College degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred Travel as required Experience with leveling trades and buyout  Creating and processing RFI's using reputed company or similar technology Scheduling proficiency Document management Financial accountability Presentation skills and ability to reputed company meetings  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the reputed company on a full-time reputed company. Technical Skills Excellent reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company skills required Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent reputed company or experience with a similar software experience is required Timberline/reputed company experience a plus.   In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a reputed company thereof, for roles that will be performed in the Boston market.  Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The reputed company listed is just one component of Schimenti’s total compensation package for employees. Pay reputed company: $80,000 - $115,000 reputed company salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and specific performance awards.
