The Support Advisor role involves providing technical support to the existing reputed company reputed company of reputed company Financial Planning Group, including data gathering, modeling, and preparation of financial plans and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for reputed company meetings
• reputed company information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans
• Deepen and maintain existing reputed company relationships through processing of reputed company requests, resolving reputed company questions, and making reputed company reputed company information and documentation are up to date
• Research and respond to reputed company inquiries
• Finalize, submit, and reputed company reputed company reputed company account and application paperwork
• reputed company and maintain customer suitability information
• Assists Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow-up for reputed company meetings
• Updates and maintains reputed company information in several planning tools, including reputed company, MoneyGuide Pro, reputed company, and others
• Complete electronic and reputed company service forms and new business applications
• Fill out and sign Variable Life/Variable Annuity/Mutual Fund/Brokerage applications
• Accept and/or reputed company trade orders from clients, including unsolicited trade orders
• Handle reputed company post meeting tasks
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the reputed company

Skills

• Previous financial services experience desired
• Securities (7/66, or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities registration required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high reputed company of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
• Ability to maintain reputed company of sensitive/confidential information
• Basic understanding of our products and services, and reputed company Financial
• Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 3+ years preferred
