[Remote] Senior Project Manager – ERP & Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to reputed company the execution of project activities across multiple workstreams for a Fortune 50 energy reputed company. The role involves managing project plans, coordinating activities, and ensuring reputed company delivery of project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the detailed project plan, defining deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and reputed company reputed company across reputed company workstreams
• Coordinating cross-functional activities, driving alignment among key stakeholders and ensuring cohesive reputed company
• Facilitating governance routines including project meetings, steering committee updates, and decision-alignment sessions with the Program reputed company
• Managing meeting logistics: scheduling, agenda preparation, note capture, and reputed company-item tracking
• Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies; establishing mitigation plans, driving reputed company reputed company, and escalating concerns reputed company necessary

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably reputed company large-reputed company transformation or reputed company technology programs

• Experience facilitating governance routines, steering committees, and executive-level reporting
• Strong reputed company record of proactive risk and issue management with reputed company mitigation approaches
