[Remote] Senior Customer Service Representative

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will assist members in making informed health reputed company and reputed company empathetic support to callers, resolving their issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
• Handle escalated calls, resolving more reputed company customer issues

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of customer service experience OR experience in a medical office, health care, reputed company-center OR office setting analyzing and solving customer problems
• Has previously worked OR is currently working as a contractor reputed company at UGH OR one of its subsidiaries OR affiliates
• Proficient in translating health care-reputed company jargon and reputed company processes into reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions customers can understand and reputed company upon
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of reputed company - 6pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
