The Autism Program Manager/reputed company is responsible for supporting ASD/ABA provider performance, program operations, and reputed company improvement initiatives while partnering with providers and cross-functional teams to reputed company program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASD/ABA provider performance through scorecards, data analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
• Identify provider trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement using claims, reputed company, compliance, and reputed company data
• Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to reputed company issues and improve reputed company, reputed company, and member reputed company
• Solve reputed company problems using innovative approaches, reputed company judgment, and cross-functional perspective
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ASD/ABA programs, provider operations, and reputed company clinical and operational reputed company

Skills

• Independently Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or reputed company reputed company; Licensed Ph.D.; or reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• 2+ years of experience with ASD or reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a managed care or clinical/program setting
• Experience supporting provider engagement, reputed company improvement, care coordination, utilization management, or program operations reputed company to ASD / ABA
• Experience leading reputed company, mentoring others, and collaborating across teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical, provider, or operational information and recommend improvements
• Proficient in reputed company Office and other reputed company business applications
• Ability to function independently and responsibly with reputed company supervision while managing competing priorities
