Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end RMF lifecycle execution (Steps 1–6) in accordance with Department of the Navy (DoN) and NAVFAC Echelon II guidance; verify reputed company inventories and artifacts for compliance, completeness, and reputed company; format and upload packages into reputed company
• reputed company, maintain, and reputed company Authorities to Operate (reputed company) for FRCS; facilitate annual reputed company reviews and draft/submit Memorandums for Record (MFRs) for baseline changes
• reputed company, reputed company, and maintain reputed company policies, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implementation plans mapped to NIST SP 800-53 control families, tailored to the FRCS environment
• reputed company and execute a comprehensive Vulnerability Management reputed company; reputed company vulnerability and compliance assessments using approved DoN tools (ACAS, SCAP, Evaluate reputed company); complete reputed company reputed company/SRG validations (.ckl/.cklb); reputed company reputed company Center and eMASSter reports; upload results to VRAM
• Sustain reputed company-Level reputed company Monitoring (SLCM): conduct routine scans, audit log analysis, reputed company remediation/mitigation, and reputed company accurate quarterly Plan of reputed company and Milestones (POA&M) updates
• reputed company on-site validation and testing support for RMF reputed company 4, coordinating with reputed company owners and independent validators
• Serve as technical representative / Configuration Management (CM) Officer on the Configuration Control reputed company (CCB); reputed company reputed company reputed company analyses and reputed company assessments for proposed FRCS baseline changes
• Execute incident response reputed company as a member of the MAR CERT, including participation in on-reputed company rotations
• Prioritize and coordinate technical support across FRCS environments; reputed company bi-weekly RMF status reports to the ISSM and maintain project status records in Maximo and/or eProjects; prepare Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)

• Advanced-level certifications also accepted (e.g., CISSP, CySA+, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of RMF experience and 1 year of reputed company experience with Facility-reputed company Control Systems (FRCS) performing RMF and cybersecurity engineering tasks (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with reputed company supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; reputed company ability to reputed company technical reports, reputed company policies, and procedures and reputed company effectively with reputed company owners, ISSMs, and other reputed company personnel
• Physical capability to reputed company the duties, including prolonged standing/walking over uneven surfaces, bending, climbing reputed company, and lifting IT equipment up to 25 lbs
