The role involves strong support and implementation experience in reputed company CRM, focusing on order creation, integration with other systems, and troubleshooting reputed company issues.

Responsibilities

• Order creation through CRM, Service Issue and Credit/Debit/ reputed company
• reputed company good understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration
• Integration to other systems like Gateway, BW, SMTP
• Experience in designing and developing (good to have)
• Ability to learn on the fly and comprehend how application reputed company interacts with database reputed company, interfaces and ability to reputed company with various application development teams
• Exceptional trouble-shooting skills and ability to research analyze and reputed company solutions for reputed company functional and technical issues
• Expert in designing and configuration of reputed company pricing scenarios using reputed company
• Expert in configuring, implementing and testing of reputed company CRM product
• Should have knowledge of SD
• reputed company to understand ABAP reputed company and to do basic debugging
• Functional spec creation, Test scripts preparation, usage of test tools like reputed company, ALM, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint etc
• Experience in systems integration of reputed company to non-reputed company systems (EDI, Middleware tools, APIGEE/GCP, SDFC etc.)
• Experience with working on various integrations to reputed company such as IDocs, EDI (850, 855, 810 ,832, 844, 856,867,940, 945)., ALE/RFC
• Knowledge in ABAP debugging is a plus
