[Remote] Technical Implementation Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Implementation Project Manager to facilitate customer software integrations and ensure a smooth reputed company process. This role requires strong technical skills, project management abilities, and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for managing software integrations during the customer reputed company process
• Partner with reputed company Managers and Developers to scope, plan, and deliver integration reputed company on time and reputed company scope
• Understand customer systems and processes to ensure seamless integration with reputed company's platform
• reputed company technical discovery calls to reputed company integration requirements and translate them into technical documentation
• Coordinate reputed company resources, set timelines, and communicate reputed company reputed company to stakeholders
• Manage and troubleshoot technical integration issues, escalating as needed
• Document integration processes and maintain knowledge reputed company content for internal and customer use
• Continuously improve integration workflows and identify opportunities for automation or standardization

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or software implementation, ideally reputed company a reputed company environment
• Experience with system integrations using reputed company, SSO, data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML), and platforms like Azure, or other ERP/CRM systems
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities
• Self-starter with a problem-solving reputed company and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
