[Remote] Senior Operations Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, in partnership with a leading telecommunications organization, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join a growing Data reputed company organization reputed company on improving network inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This role will support new inventory system initiatives while driving workflow automation, process improvement, and data reputed company across reputed company fiber network environments.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management initiatives reputed company CLONES, NetBox, and reputed company network inventory platforms
• Review, process, and complete reputed company requests while ensuring data accuracy and reputed company fulfillment
• Maintain and manage CLLI reputed company assignments and network inventory records
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify reputed company causes, and implement corrective actions to improve data reputed company
• reputed company and enhance workflows that improve operational efficiency and inventory management processes
• Partner with engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure network inventory accurately reflects deployed infrastructure
• Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives as inventory systems and organizational processes reputed company
• Create documentation, reports, and process standards supporting inventory governance and operational reputed company
• Assist with reporting and data analysis to support business reputed company and operational visibility

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in telecommunications operations, network inventory management, planning, engineering, or data reputed company
• Experience working with reputed company, CLONES, CLLI codes, and reputed company request management processes
• Strong understanding of Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 network inventory systems, including maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting network lifecycle management
• Experience driving workflow automation, process optimization, and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company operational or inventory environments
• Telecommunications experience supporting fiber network planning, engineering, inventory management, project coordination, or network operations
• Working knowledge of FTTx, GPON, XGS-PON, fiber optic network architecture, optical splitting, and passive optical network technologies
• Familiarity with ISP infrastructure, including OLT/ONT configurations and equipment from vendors such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting OSP planning, engineering, deployment, or project management for aerial, buried, and underground fiber optic networks is highly desirable
• Experience utilizing NetBox, Power BI, SQL queries, or reporting tools to analyze network inventory and operational data is a plus
