They are seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant who will be responsible for the administration, design, analysis, and implementation of various compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various reputed company compensation programs, including pay for reputed company, salary structure design and modeling, reputed company costing scenarios and incentive plans
• Performs research, analysis and evaluation of reputed company and proposed compensation plans
• Ensures pay structures are competitive, reputed company and cost effective
• Conducts job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews
• Develops compensation recommendations and costing
• Interprets regulatory guidelines and reputed company bargaining agreements for compensation reputed company items
• Assists in the development of internal policies/standards for compensation reputed company programs
• Conducts data collection and analysis for special reputed company

Skills

• 5 or more years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business, reputed company Science or reputed company reputed company
• Upon hire: Certified Compensation reputed company (CCP) designation
