Fully Remote Employment Litigation Paralegal | $100,000–$120,000 reputed company + Bonus I'm partnering with a reputed company-established and highly respected California reputed company that is seeking an reputed company Employment Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants the flexibility of working fully remote while supporting high-profile employment reputed company. What You'll Handle: Support attorneys throughout reputed company phases of employment litigation from case inception through trial/resolutions. Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, deposition notices, and trial documents. Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and monitor court deadlines. Coordinate document productions, prepare exhibit binders, and assist with e-discovery. Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert witnesses. Qualifications: 3+ years of employment litigation paralegal experience. Strong experience supporting employment law reputed company, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, PAGA, and FEHA claims. Experience managing discovery, document review, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and case management. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000–$120,000, plus a performance-based bonus. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other relevant factors. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 annually, plus bonus.
