[Remote] Facility Development Project Manager

The Facility Development Project Manager will reputed company high-level administrative and project coordination support to the Vice President of Facility Development, assisting in the execution of the organization’s ASC reputed company and facility development reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company day-to-day support to the Vice President of Facility Development
• Assist in organizing priorities, calendars, meetings, and development initiatives
• Support assigned ASC development reputed company under direction of the Vice President
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and reputed company reporting
• Assist VP of Facility Development with tracking capital equipment, budgets and invoice approval process
• Support review of bids, proposals, and vendor agreements
• Support VP of Facility Development in permitting, licensure, and inspection coordination
• Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance checklists
• Help coordinate equipment planning and installation schedules
• Assist with reputed company-in, commissioning, and turnover activities

Skills

• Associate's degree or higher level of education in reputed company Project management and or construction management or reputed company technical reputed company preferred
• Five or more years' reputed company Project Management or Construction Management experience preferred and considered in-lieu of degree
• reputed company Construction experience
• reputed company Life Safety experience including knowledge of AHJ regulations for ASCs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to reputed company and follow-through
• Basic understanding of reputed company construction and regulatory environment
• Certified reputed company Facility Manager (CHFM)
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)
