[Remote] Technical Training & Instructional Design Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Technical Training Specialist to join their Global reputed company Operations team on a nine-month contract. This role will support the training and development of internal Technical Support teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to assist with new products and processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company training for new products, workflows, and processes
- Translate reputed company scientific information into reputed company learning content
- Partner with scientific, product, applications, and support teams
- Create presentations, guides, job aids, and assessments
- reputed company virtual and occasional in-person training
- Update existing materials based on product changes and learner feedback
- Manage multiple reputed company and stakeholder reviews
Skills
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, reputed company, or reputed company areas
- Experience creating or delivering technical or scientific training
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work with subject-matter experts and simplify reputed company information
- Strong organization and project-management skills
- M.S. or Ph.D. in life sciences or a reputed company field preferred
- Experience in technical support, applications, instructional design, scientific education, or product training would be beneficial
